Why cant LoL show what skins we own?

OK SO THIS HAS BEEN ANNOYING ME FOR A VERY LONG TIME NOW. I do not see the point in why League cant have a tab that shows the skins we own? I HATE IT. It really annoys me because in one of my accounts I own so much skins and i cant even see which skins i own because I have to look through EVERY single champion to find what skins I have IT TAKES SO LONG AND IT ANNOYS ME SO MUCH. I seriously do not see the logic in not having a tab to show all owned skins please fix this please riot one of you please open this and take it into consideration it is annoying me so much i cant take it I. PLEASE
