Profile HUD displaying more than highest mastery default-skin champ?

why not zoidberg? i mean, why not add the option somehow, via patch, reward, or purchase, seeing your most played SKIN splash art on the HUD when you view a player profile. i really want to see across LoL the famous one tricks or friends' skins and champ profiles like that!

Or at least be able to change the picture manually from the skins you own.

Collection > Champions > Skins > Select as background

I have 915k mastery as illaoi. however, i really love other skin splash arts (like nautilus) BECAUSE RIOT HASNT MADE A NEW ILLAOI SKIN YET. and My nautilus is only at 222k
