Hello! This is my first time sharing a skin concept that i made :) I Hope you guys enjoy it!! 
Why: Lulu has been my favorite champion since i played her on free rotation almost a year ago! Since then ive sketched her several times, however this is my first doing a skin concept project this big for her! The sweetheart skins are probably my favorite skins in league of legends, so naturally I want my favorite champion to have one. Furthermore... none of the yordles have sweetheart skins! Rito pls. Process: I went through several renditions of Lulus sweetheart skin before I liked the outcome (might post them up later) One of the first ones Lulu had pigtails with giant bows, which later changed to a wedding veil and then it turned into the final version. Pix was a cupid thing.. The dress never really changed much other than a few minor changes, I wanted it to resemble a wedding dress (which is why its long at the back) but I wanted it to be flowey and give Lulu the freedom to move which is why the front is open and the gown is a feathery angel wing like material. w; Well let me know what you think!!
Edit: Thanks for all the wonderful feedback and comments! :) I decided to make a mockup of what i imagine the skills would look like (I used a winterwonderland lulu compilation as the base)
