MOO COW ALISTAR PRESTIGE EDITION!

Riot, can we please have a Prestige Edition skin for our Demi-god Alistar , more specifically, the Moo Cow skin. I think we can all agree that this is by far the best skin in the game. However, considering we're talking about a prestige edition skin, it's safe to say this skin would need an upgrade of some sort. Now I know what you're thinking; "How does one improve an already perfect skin?". Well, I'll give you the answer, why not add something as simple as making his cowbell global? I'd say that seems like a good idea, one that will attract a lot of new players while simultaneously making the current player base happy. Spread the word people, ALL HAIL THE COWBELL!
