I feel another round of PROJECT skins is overdue.

Would love to see more champions made into PROJECT.

If you'll notice, all 12 champions chosen for PROJECT: skins have two things in common: they're all pure human in appearance (not semi-human like Soraka or Lissandra) and they use some kind of physical weapon (i. e. they're either a melee champ or a marksman). That said, Ryze, Karthus, Shaco, Brand, Fiddlesticks, Bard, and Zac all do not meet the criteria. I'm not saying they wouldn't look cool, but they'd look a little out-of-place alongside the other pre-existing ones. Also, considering Jinx recently got a skin, maybe it's not such a good idea to put her on there as well.

Define "physical weapon", because Lucian is debatable in this case.

Yes, his weapons are pistols, which traditionally are physical weapons. But Lucians weapons are actually ancient relics using light magic. So I don't think that mages should generally be excluded here, as long as they carry a weapon to canalise their magic with.

With that in mind, the complete roster of possible Projects would look for me like this: Akali Braum Caitlyn Darius Diana Draven Gangplank Garen Graves Irelia Janna JarvanIV Jayce Jinx Leblanc Lux MissFortune Olaf Pantheon Quinn Riven Sejuani Shen Sivir Talon Taric Tryndamere XinZhao
