Dauntless Ahri Skin from Mystery Skin Gift?

Is it possible to get Dauntless Ahri Skin from Mystery Skin Gift? I heard that you can get Legacy Skins through the Mystery Skin Gift.

It's true! You'll be able to get that skin via mystery gifting:
A skin for any Champion that your friend owns is eligible for Mystery Gifting, as long as it's worth at least 520 RP and is available in the store. This includes Legendary and even Ultimate skins! Legacy skins will also be obtainable as a Mystery Skin EXCEPT Achievement skins, Collector's Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven and Riot Squad Singed.

Like I checked the wiki and it said firefighter tristana is currently not up for sale but I got Ber as a mystery skin. Is that how it works?
