Champion modification suggestion

Hi I have a suggestion for Ashe.

Her overall kit is good but I think her E is really useless at the moment... It should be replaced with a sort of dash which doesn't make her suddenly overpower but instead gives her more mobility and survival. At the same time she goes from "utility" champ which is a joke at this time for an ADC to a potential aggressive ADC

She already has permanent slows with every auto attack, give her a dash additionally and she will become absolutely untouchable for every melee champion in the entire game.

And her E is fine, it is actually a major reason why she is picked in pro play, because it gives her alot of lane safety by scouting out if the enemy jungler is currently on the bottom side of the map.
