Ghost Bride Incomplete Q&E

How come Ghost Bride Morgana doesn't have particles on her Q and E? It is a great skin and even has a cool recall animation. However, it just feels it's missing something due to the lack of particles on her Q and E. Is it too much work to add only 2 additional particles since her other abilities all have new particles. Blackthorn has great ones with its Q and E, why not Ghost Bride?

Her E can have some chain-like effect/look just like Blackthorn has thorns on her E. As for her Q, can it have some ghost-like or even** skeleton-like** effect like the pic attached?

I like Morgana a lot. Since I don't have the victorious skin, ghost bride is my favorite. I really hope it can be perfected. Moreover, she needs new ability icons!!!!!! They are too outdated!!
