New Item Idea

TL;DR: Jungle adaptation of Rod of Ages

So I've played this game for years, but have never been much of a jungler. This season I've been trying my hand at jungling a lot more. My preferred junglers are usually tanky AP champs (think, mumu, sej, mao) and I was thinking that an item that could be great for champs of that nature would be kind of a Rod of Ages adapted to jungling. As it stands now, building RoA as a jungler is very rarely efficient given that it's an item that typically needs to be completed early to be useful and junglers typically need to be focusing on being able to gank.

With that being said, my idea is just for an item similar to what they did with cinderhulk, where they essentially took Sunfire cape and adapted it to be a jungle item, but instead with the effects of RoA. I don't do league math so I haven't hashed out exactly how that would work, but that's also not my job. Just thought it would be a neat idea for the types of junglers I like to use.
