Not the first person to ever think of a Blood Moon Vladimir Skin.

Vladimir is friends with Elise and she has a Blood Moon skin and is a crazy spider(so a crazy vampire should honestly get one).

Vladimir is too blood related not to get a skin in the only Blood related skin line so far(or probably ever...).

Blood Lord Vladimir does not detract from my interests in a Blood Moon Vladimir skin...(I honestly would prefer/only buy the latter...Soulstealer>Blood Lord anyways...definitively...(in my eyes)...).

So yeah, I'm a Vladimir main who's extremely curious as to whether or not Vladimir will get slotted into the Blood Moon skin line - I think it'd be fitting...Elise got in and they're both in The Black Rose together...

Vladimir's lust for blood lends himself to fit into the possible inspirational role as Onihitokochi - a one-eyed demon in Japanese folklore known to eat and kill humans(in that order perhaps)...

Onihitokuchi lies in waiting and collapses upon intruders and/or hunts them down, much like the Pentakill on Vladimir I got earlier this afternoon...

Vladimir could easily don a one-eyed mask and fit into a Japanese mindset/theme this way...(He would look a bit like Tobi+Mask from Naruto Shippuuden, also, (if going with the one-eyed theme)...I think that's a positive trait, personally - I like the idea of a vortex...

Just throwing ideas out there - there's too much information to base a Blood Moon Vladimir off of...To not do so is nonsense.

in the only Blood related skin line Blood Knight Hecarim Sanguine Garen

I think we could expand some other skin lines too. Which makes it questionable, but not problematic! As a Vladimir main, I support him having every possible skin out there, including Blood Moon.

When was Vladimir friends with Elise? Vladimir was never stated to be in the Black Rose, and Elise is from the Shadow Isles, not Noxus. And, lastly, Vladimir is not a vampire, he's a hemomancer, a mage who's skilled in blood-oriented magic. EDIT: Riot re-wrote Elise's lore, so it does not explicitly state that she is from the Shadow Isles anymore, but I will remain to use her previous lore still, as it clearly states such. As for Vladimir, his lore states; "There is a temple hidden in the mountains between Noxus and the Tempest Flats, where the secrets of an ancient and terrifying sorcery are kept. The area surrounding the temple is littered with exsanguinated corpses of those who have mistakenly wandered too close. These served only to pique the curiosity of Vladimir, when - in his youth - he trekked through these mountains during his flight from Noxus. A day earlier, the teenaged Vladimir had brutally murdered two boys his age, for no better reason than to enjoy the intoxicating scarlet bloom that surged forth. He realized immediately that he would never be able to suppress his murderous desires, and if he remained in Noxus, his foul deeds were sure to catch up with him. Without hesitation, he abandoned the city-state, and journeyed south. The trail of bodies led him to a crumbling stone temple. Inside he found an aging monk who appraised him with eyes of pure crimson. Vladimir surprised the monk by returning the wicked gaze with zeal. Recognizing the boy's sinister craving, the monk taught Vladimir how to manipulate and control the fluid of life, often practicing on passing travelers.
