What Happened ? What makes me get the skin for free ?

It means you haven't been banned or chat restricted! They are rewarding positive players :)
Everyone who didn't get a ban/suspended or 14 day chat restriction(unsure about this part) got a free skin.
They are giving out skins to players who have not received a ban or chat restriction as a celebration for the new season
Yeah just check the news area on the main sight. Earlier in the week they let people know they were handing out free mystery gifts to people who didn't get banned or chat restricted during this season.
