wouldn't it be nice to stop the trolls in RANK pregame lobby? the kid who refuse to play a role or just decide to make their team purposely lose a game? there is quite a lot of them and its so annoying
can riot make a pregame lobby report button for this? and if all 4 players on the team veto yes can you eject the troll from the lobby?? this would be so helpful don't you think, I'm sure a lot of others agree with me

A lot of people want this, but Riot won't actually do it. It could be abused too easily by 4-man premades (or just teams in general) to force meta picks on players who don't want to play specific champs. "Our mid is Yasuo! Play Alistar support or we kick you".
Now, this suggestion is MUCH better than ones I've seen in the past (the last time I saw this suggested, the OP was saying the player that gets kicked out of lobby should lose LP and get a dodge queue penalty... at least if they aren't penalized and everyone just goes back into queue it wouldn't be so bad), but I still don't think it will happen.
Just make it a voting system that works like ARAM rerolls. You cant vote people off every game, but you can control the once every 5 game trolls. Then it may take several games to build up to a vote. That way you cant waste the vote on bullying unless you want to risk a worse experience down the road.
