Jinnan, the Monk Betrayed

I'm not character designer, but I thought up this guy while on vacation. I'm just going to provide what he looks like and a general idea for the abilities. Name 1/Name 2 is the names of his abilities, respectively based on stance (Name 1 is sword, Name 2 is fists)

He is basically a monk in a Dalai Lama esque outfit but with "monk gourds" across the chest. He also wears gauntlets that look like stereotypical samurai gauntlets. He has a sword that is white and gold on his back, similar to a katana.

Intense Training: His passive is he gains AP equal to 20% of his AD and gains 10 AD for every 100 AP (obviously this would be made not to stack with itself infinitely)

Discipline: We will start off with his E, because that is the special thing. It is a stance change between martial arts and sword fighting. When he changes, he also gets a small, small passive based off of what stance he is in for 5 or 10 seconds. His sword stance gives him 5/10/15/20/25 AD (at rank 1,2,3,4,5) and his fighting stance gives him 10%/20%/30%/40/50% AS. He should also get a smaller buff permanently after that buff runs out, to make a reason for him to stay in that stance other than just to use the different abilities. I'm think9ing sword stance gives 5/10/15 AD permanently (at lvl 6/12/16)(until switching stance) and lets say his fist form gives 10/20/30% AS (at lvl 6/12/16) (again disappearing after switching stances)

Sweeping Attack/1000 Fists: His Q in sword form is like a Yasuo Q, in the idea that it applies OHE like a basic attack and scales with AS, but is slower and sweeps right to left and it would scale with AD. His Q in fist form is he quickly hits a target three times, (visually attacks the target 1000 times, to fit the theme of the character) dealing 1/10 basic attack damage plus 50% AP and applying on hit effects 2 times, and on the last hit, gives 20% AS for 3 seconds.

Name TBD/Zen: His W in sword form would be an ability that sidesteps from left to right to center quickly over a short distance, throwing a targeted shuriken type thing each dash, dealing 1/2 AD each hit, plus applying on hit effects once on the last throwing star. This whole animation should take about half a second. His W in fist form would be a channel that gives him tank, reducing damage taken by 5%/10%/15%/25%/30% for 1.5 seconds, but since it is a channel, it would stop him from dealing damage and using abilities. His fist ult can be cast during this time.

Harmony/PeaceHis sword ult would be where he dashes in a triangle around an enemy three times, with the enemy unable to escape the triangle (because it follows the enemy) and gets smaller each time. He hits each enemy hit for 150 plus 20% AP and 50% AD, then deals 100 damage plus 150% AD and 50% AP to the enemy in the center. He can use his Q with a .1 second cooldown at this time, but it still takes up energy and automatically targets the closest enemy champion (or if no champs are in range, minion). This ability increases the damage dealt to the center champ based off of how many other champs it hits, and lowers it to everyone else in the same way. His fist ult is where he absorbs all basic attacks for 2 seconds, gaining 50 + 50% AP health for each attack that hits him. He also gains 100% attack speed for 2 seconds, and reflects the next two enemy spells and all their effects (save summoner spells) back to the attacker. This reflect effect will last even after the 2 seconds is up. The final catch is that if he casts this with his fist w active, he loses the w buff, but gains 2 seconds duration and 1 spell deflect on this ability. This and the w should both have absurdly high energy costs.

Finally, he should have to take his E first level.

I'm not going to try and come up with energy requirements or actual damage requirements OR cool downs, because I would make them way too op. I would love to see criticism and love to see rito devs change this to fit their idea of what would be reasonable

EDIT: added some detail to his E
