Champs That need skins

I love playing league of legends, especially with the massive amount of skins that you can use to change your character with. Sadly, some champs do not get enough skins and I feel that maybe we should throw around some ideas to help league maybe design. One such idea is for Zyra to maybe get a frost skin or Elise to get a more poisonous skin. I just want some extra variety on some of the champs with fewer skins.
