Maybe in a couple years, great art, but she currently has too many skins.

If I am right, Annie has the most skins of any champion. Great concept and I would insta buy. But she should be on the bottom of the list for new skins for the next two seasons.

I believe you are right that Annie has the most skins, and she should be on the bottom of the list for new ones. But i would definitely buy this in a heart beat.

And then there is FrankenTibbers Annie, which has the exact same theme as this one.

Has there been any prior art of Riot remaking skins that resemble retired ones?

Ahh I forgot about FrankenTibbers. I do not play Annie much so I forgot about this skin (I think I can name only 3 or 4 of her skins lol).

As to your question, I have no idea/as far as I know they have not. There are plenty of other people that could answer that question 100%. I am just a scrub so I will not be able to do that :')
