New Jarvan IV Skin

Hello my fellow summoners,

I have created a new idea for a Jarvan IV skin and I would like to know what you guys think. My idea is Project Jarvan V. Imagine a mix of Project Yauso and Jarvan IV. It would be like a cyborg or futuristic Jarvan. I think it would be very cool if Riot took this into consideration. Let me know what you guys think.

I would play Jarvan SO much more if they made this skin
