You guys keep releasing skin chromas and such for the minor skins that dont need it or the skins ppl dont play, when are we gonna get some regular champion chromas for like lets say somebody that would actually use it like uhh. 
They don't make base skin chroma's anymore.
And the reason they release them for certain skins is because they see how to work with those skins. Like how Meowkai and Moo Cow Alistar get various expressions, and Mecha malphite gets different paint jobs to look more like a classic mech or a tank or whatnot.
I mean battle bunny riven has a chroma. and usualy like EVERY riven player has that skin
