When will Rengar get a new skin?

Ok so ,riot, gangplank is getting a new skin and he has already 5 skins,azir is the same his last skin was half year ago and he is getting a new skin too and he has 3 skins now and 2 of them are 1350 and 1 is 975 but has awesome partical changin efects and last skin on rengar was 3 years ago and I know the last skin is SSW rengar but I dont take him as a skin because it is a legacy so when will the new skin for rengar come.

P.S.Sorry for my gramar I am from Croatia and I am not very good at spelling

yea i saw something RIOT is working out an agreement with HELLO KITTY so they can used the scheme of hello kitty for a hello kitty rengar skin... pink and white with a lil bow

A new skin for Rengar would be awesome or a little step into recreate ssw skin and maybe the others , because i think the ssw is not such a nice skin his sword looks like plastic etc. ....
