Pool Party Kled

Can we have a pool party skin for kled where skaarl is a pool float (think seahorse). When kled dismounts the float pops and shoots off and when he ults it could be a huge bubble with him leaving a smaller trail of bubbles. Would love to see that. Also his axe could be a shovel and have his helmet be a sand bucket.
