A few months ago I told my friends that what if Kayle dressed up as Morgana and Morgana dressed up as Kayle. The skins would be called definitely not Kayle and definitely not Morgana. I thought it would be funny since they are sisters and opposites, at least I think they are.
The problem with ideas like this, meaning any skin where a champion appears like another, is that they confute players in game. In a teamfights you usually only have a split second to recognize where a champions position is, so skins that make your champ look like another can be masively confusing for people.
If a kayle'd Morgana and a morgana'd kayle were on the same time it would be easy to think the one champ was the other. It is an interesting idea but limits the clarity of the gameplay.
I like the concept, but as stated it creates too many issues with clarity during games. I think the best way this could be done is by doing something like Demonic Kayle and Angelic Morgana. Give Kayle a darker/evil appearance and then give Morgana a lighter/good appearance. I know Exiled Morgana is sort of a pre-fallen Morgana, but the idea could be explored enough to be different. At least a Black/Purple recolor for Kayle could probably exist.
