New mode for league

Don't you think that Riot should make a game mode similar to the Snowdown Showdown where people can 1v1 each other of the same elo rank. 2 modes, one where you can either play for fun or another where you pay an entry RP fee and the winner wins mystery skin. The required RP is the same as a mystery skin. The rules are: get to 100 cs, first tower, or first blood. You need at least a minimum amount of champions. For the mode where you can win a mystery skin, you would need to have completed your 10 placement games so you can be placed in your similar elo. Pay the amount for a mystery skin then queue up. Dodges would mean you get back your RP, but as soon as you enter the game, the RP is final.
