Lore:

Brought up in a ruined orphanage with little to do to pass the time except for her artwork. Irene grew up with a kind heart, wanting only for others suffering to stop. When others viewed her art they became enlightened, most stunned by it. Eventually she found a home caring for others as well as herself in the League, her versatile nature brings a lot of others solace in the bloodbath of the Rift.

Abilities:

Passive: Expertise - Every 10 seconds a new idea for an artwork inspires Irene, temporarily boosting her movement speed by 25 (lvl 1) / 30 (lvl 5) / 35 (lvl 10) / 40 (lvl 13) / 45 (lvl 18)

Q: Smear - Irene slides her paintbrush on the ground, covering it with oil paint for a short duration: slowing and damaging enemies that stand in it for 4 seconds. Slow: 40% (all ranks) Damage: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 (+15% Ability Power) Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 Mana Range: Line ability, range 350 Cooldown: 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6

W: Strike A Pose - Irene happily tells an enemy to pose and move in a certain direction for a duration. Also slowing their movement speed slightly for the duration. E: Profile - Irene encourages an ally by giving them a self portrait of themselves looking cool. The target ally is healed, gains additional protections, and movement speed temporarily. R: Muse - Irene thinking about all of her friends (allies) pushes herself to do her best, increasing her paint brush to make all of her basic attacks aoe cones that slow and augment her next casted ability (in the duration) with an additional effect.
