Leveling Problem Fix (Rito pls)

To keep us from buying accounts off websites, please let us pay you $10 for level 30 accounts or make a system that if we gave old accounts information, we would be able to make new accounts with level 30 already on it. As I have learned, I can be banned from buying leveling low level accounts. Even if pros do it and streamers advertise websites selling smurfs. Please don't make us go through the pain of either; A: Wasting our money because we buy a smurf and you ban when we ask why we can't log in from an actual client glitch. (haha) B: Going through the pain of actually leveling to level 30.
