WIth all of the Star Guardian skins, I think it's necessary to have something they're guarding against. Hence, Star Devourer Urgot.
Star Devourer Urgot's ultimate will pull you in and release a cloud of star particles when you get devoured.
I am a little unclear on what the other abilities would do, but feel free to add ideas and suggestions!

if its based on the new void monster skins it could be green and purple p. shower of green and purple blasts q. explosive void parisite w. recolor to green and purple maybe add some cool swirl space affects e. cause some kind of cool sound or trailing particles r. fires out a hand and when reactivated it pulls them into a giant mouth in his stomach which proceeds to belch out star particles
and if hes legendary it could make it where his head is a horn and make his face on the belly instead
