Hello Mr. and Mrs. Riot

I have a grievance I would like to bring to your attention. My tl;dr story is this: Played from Beta, Katarina lover ever since, collected all the skins except my one white whale; Red Card Katarina. Missed the opportunity due to being young and broke, and when she came back on the store I missed my chance once again. I've since lost all hope; and then, Mr. Riot I'm talking to you directly, you do this to me. Something so unimaginable, something so despicable and obviously on purpose to, as the kids say, "trigger" me. I logged onto my level 16 account, and what do I see? Oh look, a cute little hextech box, rumbling with excitement to be cracked open. I stick that shiny key right inside that keyhole, turn it to the right and nothing happens. So, I turn it to the left and huzzah! The chest cracks open, I reach inside and feel a flat, card-like material. I pull it out and flip it over. "Red Card Katarina skin shard." I- I'm at a loss for words. Is this some sort of sick joke? Why would you want to do this to me Mr. Riot Games? WHYYYY? I would've loved to crack that open on my main account. If only there were some magic way to transfer that skin shard from my level 16 account to my main account. Ahh but alas, you are not filled with magic, Mr. Games. If only...
