Lets Make it Basic huh?

So..game modes i know i know, people are having these GREAT ideas for game modes but u know what id like to see and i think would be very interesting no runes no masteries no sum spells make it basic basic and hey who knows maybe even no items .

if this happened people would actually have to pick a COUNTER not just someone stupid over powered by buying 2 items
