Regrazera, the freezed Blade
Hey guys thats my champion concept off: Regrazera, the freezed Blade. Pls dont hate me for my grammar im arent an nativ english speaker!

Regrazera was an General in the Units of Tryndamer. After the Bloodbath trough Aatrox she was freezed in an glacier. Her Body was find by one of Lissandras Units. She was bring to her and whould rebirth by her. Through the rebirth she became the abillity to summon ice and control them. Bevor she die she was an very good sword fighterin. She use her new abillity to create her one Ice Sword. At this day she begin to fight for Lissandra.
Regrazera is an Hybrid Top ore Midlaner. She can change her Weapon like Jayce but she change her Wepaon by her Q.
Passiv: Swordform: Regrazeras Ap is Change into AD and she deals by every Hit 5/7,5/10% off her AD as Through Damage. Gleveform: Regrezeras AD is change into Ap and she deals by every Spell 2,5/5/7,5% off her Ap as Trough Damage. Her Cdr Cap is always by 50%
Q-Iced Spirit/Iced Heart: Swordform: Regrazera change her Sword into a Gleve. She gets in this form Passiv 6/7/8/9/10% Cdr. Gleveform: Regrazera change her Gleve into a Sword. She gets ín this form Passiv 10/12,5/15/17,5/20 Bonus Armore and Magic Resist.
W-Freeze to Death/Frozen Shockwave: Swordform: Regrazera will mark an Anime by her next Autoattack. The mark is still for 5 sec.. When an markt unit will attackt from Regrazera, he gets 10/20/30/40/50 + 15/20/25/30/35% of AD as Magic Damage. When you crit by an attack on an markt enemy, he will be slowd. Gleveform: Regrazera hit on the ground an icespikes came out of the bottom. Its an medium ranged attack with 500 range and go through enemys. It deals 140/160/180/200/220+ 70% off you ap as dmg. It have a slow cast animation like Illaoi Q. Every hittet unite will be slowd.
E- Frozen Way/ Icespikes: Swordform: Regrazere freeze the way by an long range skill. It leave an iced place where she gets bonus AD and bonus Movementspeed. Gleveform: Regrazera shot 3 Icespikes in a salve by an longrangeskillshot. Every spike hat his one hitbox and can hit 3 differen enemys. It deals per Icespike: 100/110/120/130/140 + 50% of her Ap as dmg.
R- Icelance/ Iceexplosion: Swordform: Regrazera charge in one direction. At and of this line she will stunning all enemys in an Iceblock. Every enemy on the way get only the half dmg and half time of stun. It deals 200/300/400 + 100% of Ad as Dmg. Gleveform: Regrazera throw an Giant hail on the enemy by an medium range skillshot. At end of the skillshot ore by hitting the first enemy champion the ball explodes and Stun the animes arround them. The first enemy who get hitting get 30% of Ap as bonus dmg. It dealing 250/300/350 + 90% of Ap as Dmg.
