I think league should have a trade system for skins so that if a friend wants a skin you don't have to spend money on it for yourself and your friend if you want it as well. Or if you have a legacy skin that won't come back out of the vault (I.E. Blacksmith Poppy), you can trade it to a friend who wants it.
There is a search option on the boards and this has been said often times it wont happen this would ruin riot. It would create a blackmarket people would stop buying skins and the servers would earlyer or later shut down. "you dont have to spend money on it" the game is free to play dude and you get skins from hextech crafting for free.
This has been brought up before and sadly because Skins are their main source of income for the game, it seems highly unlikely that they will do something like this. This would be a nice feature for us, but basically kill the game since basically you would only need one person to buy the skin and just trade it off once they no longer need/want it. Let alone we have loads of ways to get skins. So this is pointless unless you are purposely buying skins you dont want just to be traded off.
riot would never do that, they would lose SO much money and i know how it seems like a great idea for us Riot is a buisness
trading skins would be really nice! let's say i have a skin for Poppy.....then a new skin comes out. I would never buy it because i already have one,but if i can gift that skinn to a friend (hoping he would do the same in the future for me) i can buy the new skin,.....so more money for Riot. Why should i spend money if i already have skin?
This system doesn't bring us more skins but gives us the skins we want!!
Another example. Skin shards let us trade skin shards....i have 6 now and i don't want any of those skins. Let me gift them to a friend. Let the friend give me the shard i want. I would nevre spend money for those skins so Riot doesn't lose any money from me,but at least i have the skin i want,and not a random one
