Right now there is absolutely no reason to pick talon( besides finding him cool), because there is champ that can do everything better.

enranged q, invisibility with shorter cd, gap closer that gives u attack speed, and aoe ult knock up,and tankier. i dont think there is a scenario that its better to pick talon instead of him.
As a current Talon main, I believe that he is fun, and a really great assassin. His combos are amazing and he has so much potential. And comparing him to is not right, since he is more of a fighter/tank, and 
is an assassin, and is played mostly mid, where as Wukong is top.
It's always about how you play a champion. Any champion is really good, you just have to know how to play them and what to build.
So any suggestions, as where to take Talon, or are you just complaining ?
