Ice Cream Zac?

It's been like 2 years since zac came out and he has yet to have a new skin. i mean riot should at least make (melted)ice cream zac in which case i believe is a very good concept skin. i realized that there are other ideas such as a magma skin and an elemental skin(i believe it should be an ultimate) but ice cream zac should be real as both are goo. im not a zac player but i see its unfair to see other champs get multiple skins while zac is alone. hell even the newer champs have more skins and i thought i should bring this up since sailor moon lux just came out.
