I love the skin, love the feel, love the effects, but extremely disappointed that he was NO lovey dovey voice saying, seeing as how this skin is a 1350 skin.

Just expected to feel the love, instead I got his dark voice :(

Beyond adding a new model, skins that only cost 1350 generally only add basic particle changes. It's generally the modern legendary skins (1850 RP) that may (or may not) include custom voices and other fancy things.
