Dong Fang Bu Bai (My idea for new champion)

Hello... I got an idea for a new champion, her name is Dong Fang Bu Bai, this charachter have 2 story... The 1st is: Dong Fang Bu Bai is a guy, that castrate himself for learn a powerful manual, called Sunflower manual... The 2dn is: Dong Fang Bu Bai is a girl, disguised as man, she learnt Sunflower manual, and is one of most powerful person... The story happen in China, this is not a story created by me... Sunflower manual, Dong Fang Bu Bai both are a legend in a way... There is movie about Dong Fang Bu Bai... It's called Swordsmam, the 2013 version show Dong Fang Bu Bai as female, while the one that is most old show Dong Fang Bu Bai as male, the one with male Dong Fang Bu Bai is the movie that there is Jet Li too... In any case, I leave 2 immage of Dong Fang Bu Bai and hope Riot could insert this characther in LOL ;) There a suggest for skill...

1. Passive skill: When champ is under attack have 30% of heal 3% of HP lasts 5s... cooldown 1 minute
2. Soft Needles (Q): Throw 3 needle in front, hit champ and minion that is in front of Dong Fang Bu Bai... cooldown 3s
3. Death Needle (W): Throw 1 needle on enemy champ and stun the enemy champ for 2s.. cooldown 5s
4. Blood Needle (E): Pull the champ target and give him bleed debuff (each 2% HP each seconds last 5s).. cooldown 10s
5. Sweet Revenge (R): Throw 10 needle to enemy target and make him stun for 2s... Hope my idea will be accepted and can see Dong Fang Bu Bai ;) in LOL
