Has not gotten a skin since his release. How does him getting a kit rework disallow him to get more skins? You can still produce skins for champions that are undergoing reworks, soraka for example was undergoing a kit rework and still received 2 skins.

They feel Yorick's in such a bad place that they have taken him out of the free rotation. I doubt they'll create a skin for a champion they consider that problematic. Poppy is also off the free rotation due to balancing issues, and has not had a new skin since before that happened.
Necromancer Yorick anyone?
