Wizard of Oz skin theme

Am I the only one who thinks a Wizard of Oz skin theme would be pretty badass? There could be Ruby Slipper Annie with Toto Tibbers, Scare Crow Fiddlesticks, Tin Man Blitzcrank, Cowardly Lion Rengar, and Emerald City Taric. I mean come on that would be awesome!

There could also be Good Witch Leona, Evil Witch Diana, and Flying Money Wu Kong. Can we start a petition?
