Suggestion for the Yasuo's rework

I wanted to submit to Riot an idea for the Yasuo's rework: making the wind wall blocking only one spell. This changement could balance the Yasuo's winrate and banrate.

They should just completely rework it. Give it the Rek'Sai ult treatment.
There will always be a top dog if they super nerf yasuo he won't be played ban rates will go down and the community will find another champ to call absolute cancer. If they don't nerf him enough nothing will change but his kit. Let's face it there is ALWAYS a number one champ let it be yasuo. If that means he gets banned from most matches oh well. Better then other champs who are played more then him.
I don't think changing the wall would be enough to fix his kit. His strength comes from massive mobility and damage. The wall is probably his weakest ability, all considered, but it's uniqueness is nice.
One thing I think needs to be reworked is his passive. It gives him a random shield and doubled crit.
IMO Yasuo doesn't need a rework, he needs tweaks, like making his Steel Tempest scale down to 2 second cooldown instead of 1.33 seconds or making the E deal either no or less damage, but his W is fine. Perhaps make it shorter duration, but honestly, Yasuo doesn't need his spells reworked to be balanced, if anything, his W is actually the only spell that shouldn't be reworked. The only reason he's playable against so many champions is his W. His Q and E are the spells that make him super abusable.
