Kayn should have a crush on Syndra, he wants to be the new leader of the shadow order right? So he should try to do what Zed isn't to Syndra. Because Syndra is a hot grill and she could be very useful to the domination of Ionia. It would be very cute for him to have taunts for Syndra since she isnt usually taunted. Zed x Syndra ftw tho.
