Hextech Ashe [Concept]

I did not do as well with this one since I'm not great with this clothing style, but I wanted to try this Skintober prompt of Hextech. I chose an ADC since there are no Hextech for them yet. I wanted to choose someone with a bit of magic, like magic arrows!

It's still rough and kind of sketched in some parts. Hope you guys like it a bit!
