New Champion Idea: Voxal, The Revenge of Machines

Name: Voxal, The Revenge of Machines

Distant relative to Viktor (or an experiment of Viktor once he barricaded himself inside of his lab, tried to join human development with techmaturgy in an actual human baby), boy is an actual cyborg, found by a family in the streets of Zaun post-experimentation, discriminated against for being different in teen years, house was set on fire with foster family inside, no survivors except him, built robot companions/his own legion to get revenge as he was recovering, also built boots to make him fly. Now, hates humanity and wishes to exterminate all who wish him or anyone/anything close to him harm.

We Protect (Passive): minion control and/or hoard control, leveling each ability allows you to use stats provided by that minion, each applies a buff and a small shield. Upon being hurt, the shield goes down, shield regen is faster than health regen. once shield goes down, buff applying to that shield section/minion as well as the shield itself goes down for a cooldown. However, with each section of the shield down, the ult gets more powerful.

We Pull (Q): Pull ability, basically a blitz q although does more damage and only pulls champions half the distance from where they were pulled from. The goal behind this ability is to pull someone into the range of the ult and/or other abilities. Pull is done by a flying minion machine (one of those made by champion)

We Push (W): Skillshot, disposition, pushes one enemy back as well as others behind them, deals damage. The first enemy hit by skillshot moves the farthest back, ones hit behind enemy move back and damaged but not as much as the first. Can be used for wave clear in a line/cone. Done either like a magnetic push or a humanoid minion rams into first thing it hits

We Kill (E): Charged ability, contains 2 charges, sweeper, sweeps enemies side to side around champion first to left then right, deals damage, main damage source and source of wave clear. Nanotech joins together to create spikes in each direction

Give All or Nothing (R): Magnetic shockwave, pulls enemies in at a certain distance for a moment(at the speed of an orianna ult) then pushes them out like a janna ult however dealing damage as they are pushed, the closer to the center of the shockwave, the more damage it does. As champion minions die/as sections of the shield are down, the ult becomes more powerful. This is the only ability actually done by the champion. Champion begins to float as he obtains this ability for the first time (at lvl 6)

Further developments, boy fell in love, girl was killed protecting him from mad police chief father about to shoot him, boy let loose in rage using all of his abilities, taking police chief and 3 police battalions all out with his shockwave

Friends: He enjoys the champions misunderstood by society(rather than enemies of society): Blitzcrank , Orianna , Viktor (not knowing he is the creator/relative, but feels strangely more comfortable around him)

Enemies: those who enforce the law: vi , caitlin , does not like Jayce

Full Combo: Pull enemy to you, E, E, Push back, pull again, shockwave
