Champion Concept - Gail, the Noxian Maniac

Passive - "Misfortune" - When attacked by an enemy champion's ability, Gail gains a stack of "Misfortune." When he reaches 6 stacks or waits 15 seconds, one of Gail's ability (random selection) is empowered in its next cast, with each having a unique trait. Gail has no cost on his skills. The cost meter is replaced by "Misfortune" stacks.

Q - A Taste of Blood - Gail channels an attack with his dagger for 1.0 seconds while also slowing himself. After the channel, Gail lunges in a direction, damaging each enemy hit along the way and at the end of the spell range. Gail cannot be interrupted in the duration of the lunge. Gail also gains 30% of the damage dealt as health.

"Misfortune" Q - "Sneak n Slash" breaks the enemy's armor for 3 seconds and slows them heavily (75%) for 1 second.

W - "Unseen Weakness" - Upon activation, Gail gains 30% attack speed for the next 5 seconds when moving towards enemy champions.

"Misfortune" W - If Gail attacks only one unique enemy champion during those 5 seconds, they are marked and recieved increased damage from Gail. Attacking multiple enemy champions will reduce this skill's cooldown by 10% after its 5 second duration, but will discard the mark on the original targeted enemy champion the moment you attack another enemy champion.

E - Rigid Toss - Gail throws a Noxian-poison covered spiked-steel ball at a target direction. Enemies hit are damaged. If the balls miss a target, they can remain on the floor for 4 seconds. Enemies that step on the balls are damaged.

"Misfortune" E - Gail rapidly throws two spiked-steel balls. When hit by either, the enemy champion also takes 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 10% of AD) damage as poison over 3 seconds. (Enemies hit twice by the ball recieve reduced damage on initial impact of the second ball and cannot recieve two poisons).

Ultimate - A Maniac's Mind - Upon activation, Gail stabs himself in the chest and can cast each one of his skills with "Misfortune" (1 cast empowerment). "Misfortune" passive will be deactivated during this skill's duration,  and instead Gail and surrounding ally champions gain a movement speed boost for 5 seconds, with the movement speed slowly decaying. Gail cannot be healed by any outside source and only by "A Taste of Blood" and his own basic attacks. Gail additonally 25% reduced damage and Tenacity from any source during the duration of this skill.

Situational - Maw of Malmortius, Death's Dance, Trinity Force, Iceborn Gauntlet, Righteous Glory, Bloodthirster

RECOMMENDED SUMMONER SPELLS - Flash + Ignite Ghost + Ignite Flash + Barrier Flash + Exhaust

DIFFICULTY - 10/10

PROS -  • Gail is an excellent attack damage assassin with decent mobility, also being able to provide that mobility to his teammates. • The debuffs on Gail's skills work excellently with his skill set. • Punishing the enemy laner for overextending/overstaying is a breeze.

CONS - • Gail heavily relies on sacrificing health, shields, and chance to be able to fufill his role as an assassin, making him very vulnerable to other assassins and groups of enemy champions. • Gail is very vulnerable to Crowd Control and can be easily shutdown. • Gail has significantly longer cooldowns.
