Muting should available for "Pings"

So, we all know that there are constant trolls and all around annoying people in league, that's fine though, just mute them right? Easy solution... problem solved. Well there are some out there, who are atrocious when it comes to pinging. When you mute someone, did you know that you can still see that persons pings? Pings are for communication, Muting is to stop that communication, There should be a way to mute pings as well as chat box text.

I got harassed last night in a game, for the entire summoners rift, (20 minutes of pings is a long time) where a summoner sat there and pinged danger on my character, wherever I was in the map, for the ENTIRE game. Aside from the tiny minute break here and there where they probably got a spam ping block. If I mute a player, I want that player completely muted, pings included, and there should be a way to do this. Its a tiny nuisance, but it can still be the most annoying thing in the world at the time, and it can entirely ruin a game.

This is not the first time I have had issues with someones obnoxious pings, but it is the most recent, and was annoying enough that I decided to write in and request this feature.

It would be nice to selectively mute certain people's pings. Also, I would like it if there was a max amount of pings you could make in so many seconds, then it gives you a small cooldown until your next ping.

This would be a very beneficial thing to add to the game as some people can be very annoying with their pings and need to have that ability muted as well as their chat priviglies muted as well.

I know there's already a mute system in progress, however, the mute system is only temporary! The trolls can still make bad calls and get people killed on purpose. Good post, def something the devs should consider.

I feel that there should be a separate option to mute the pings, as some people ping seriously in warning, (especially if they have friends in with them) and still have hateful chat.

some people can be outrageous with their pings, but when they ping seriously its almost as if they've cried wolf. I feel a longer pinging block would be a positive dissuasion for people to ping negatively.

Thank you so much for bringing this up, I hate it when people troll around with their mutes. We should be able to mute specific people's pings. I hate getting trolled by 0/8 teemo's. I'd really appreciate if Riot could do something about it. :)
