W-Shadow Claw: she can use this to come out of invis and she can gain alot of buffs
E-Night Frenzy: Passive: Evelyn get 0.01 attack speed for every minion/monster she kills Active: she can run really fast
R-Into the shadows: She turns invisible an then gains a huge movement speed buff and a huge damage buff.
As if getting raped in the dark from her invis isn't toxic enough
Evelynn used to be a sustained invisible character as was twitch in the 1st season. They each remained invisible for 60-90 seconds. Riot waited too long to redo the invisible duos concepts but as a player from the beginning, the changes they made were very well done. As someone said below, it now takes skill to remain stealth and takes a true assassin to be successful with the few invisible characters that are available in the game. No changes should be made.

idk what you mean by completely invisible but that already sounds toxic to the game
Honestly the season 2 Evelyn was perfect. Her ability to be a good mage/mid laner and an effective jungler made her really good. Although, she was rather unbalenced then but riot addressed the issue by giving her a series of nerfs. But in season 5, after they have completely needed her down to just being a ad bruiser jungler, and in my opinion is being neglected by riot. She is not being adjusted to the meta of the game and isn't really even an assassin anymore as in Shea more of a surprise tank. Nowadays her ult is basically just a slow and doesn't seem to do any significant damage. Honestly, riot should just buff her ad ratios if they don't want another glass cannon season 2 Evelyn. However, it is clear that if riot ever wants her to fulfil her role as an assassin they should buff her ap play.
