Akali Buff
Alkali should proc her q with her e again but her e is based on attack damage only because it's sometimes weird when it takes a second or more to just auto attack to proc it which makes her longer to kill her enemies.

Yeah this is why nobody plays akali anymore except for that strange tank build. You are already dead by the time you get your combo off. Hopefully she gets reworked into something better.
Her e also scale with ap, but I believe that this buff is a great thing and should be added
