Why do we need to download LOL separately for playing at different servers

As we all know that League of Legends is played/operated at many servers and if some one want to play game at different servers then he/she need to download that game separately for that server. What is the point of downloading the same game files again and again for different servers as most of the files is same in every region. So please think a innovative way like Garena+ (at garena plus there are singapore, indonesia, malayasia and many othere servers) or many other online game client, they provide the single platform for various servers and there we just need to select the server/region where we want to play and we do not need to download that game file gain and again. Please think over it.

Because the dev team is fucked up.

LoL has been built like this old disgusting website you starting when you were 15 but you kept working on for years, and now there are a lot of visitors, you changed the css, the javascript, add a lot of fancy stuff but the ugly base is still there, making the maintenance or any evolution a real nightmare to implement.

Please Riot make sure to integrate all LOL servers and provide us a innovative platform where we do not need to download same game again and again for playing at different servers. It feels awkward to download same game again and again for playing at NA and Garena servers. I am very positive that Riot must pay attention to this issue. And specially i do not want to waste extra GB data on downloading same game for playing different servers :-P
