Add a new functionality to "Vision of Empire" "W", where if u cast it and damage none, it will leave an eye hovering in its place, giving vision to the area around it and over walls, but brushes can't hide it(cause its flying above) have 1 hp, ofc can have one at a time

I like this idea, I don't put a point into W until 10 min into the game. The DMG on the Q or E is way better vs the W utility.
