New Game Mode Suggestion

I wanted to bring up an idea I had for League, and wanted everyone's opinion.

I was thinking a new game mode. This mode would enable ALL rune choices to be active one once. Why decide between ravenous hunter and relentless hunter when you can have both?! And why stop there? Let's give every champion to all runes and their stats!!

The game mode would be called "Full Tilt" and it would be a hyper paced and over-buffed version of the normal summoner rift games.

Let me know your thoughts! I would love to play something like this :)

I don't know dude, there is urf and that one is fun and "tilting" at the same time, I don't think having all the runes at once will change anything to be honest, cause runes only helps you if you're skilled, but what a bronze or iron player for example would do with all the runes when he lacks the skills to play the game. This is just my opinion but what you're searching for is probably something like URF, and it already exist.
