I afraid we cannot expect anything related to him from Skin department for at least a whole year of 2017. Why? VGUs.
Skin team avoids to create any skin for champs who's really high on VGUs list.
So, I think the real question is When will he get his VGUs because no VGUs = no new skin for him.
If ChampUp team wouldn't announce his VGUs this mid year after Urgot. I afraid he would has a really high chance to win 
record of champ who gone the longest without a new skin.
Yeah I can see that, his particles are slowly being outdated as well. If they put him on the VGU list by this year I could see him getting a legandary skin in late 2018, just how Sion received his after a few months. It's just sad for us swain mains.
