Champion Concept: Sliver the Frostfire Daggers

Status: From: Freljord.

*Health: 750 (+80 per Level)

*Mana: 650 (+80 per Level)

*Health Regen: 7.5 (+0.65 per Level)

*Attack Damage: 56.59 (+3.5 per Level)

*Armor: 25 (+3.5 per Level)

*Attack Speed: 0.635 (+3.5% per level)

*Magic Resist: 35 (+1.50 per level)

*Movement Speed: 345

Passive: *In the beginning of the game, Sliver can choose one of two Elements from two Element Spirits. Every 80 Seconds, Sliver can choose another Element. If he doesn’t want to change, the chosen Element will still active. (Press “A” to change and activate)

Alaria: (Self activate at 25% HP lower) Any Enemy Champion in Range of 700 will deal 80-400 True Damage over 3.5 Seconds. Neva: (Self activate at 30% HP lower) Any Enemy Champion in Range of 800 will be Frozen (Stun) for 3 Seconds. Weakness: Can’t do any of them if Enemy is out of Range or being kill from far Range.

[Q] Fire/Ice/Final Slang: *Alaria charge Sliver’s Flame Dagger and throw a fire Slash Energy, Neva start to charge Sliver’s Ice Dagger up after Alaria and Sliver throw an Ice Slash Energy. After the second throw, both Alaria and Neva charge up on Sliver’s Dagger and he throw a final Slash Energy cross together. All of them can go passes through.

*[Fire] Activate 1: 65/80/95/105/115 Ability Damage (+20% AP) {1 Sec cooldown to activate 2) Effect: Enemy Champion will deal 20% critically strike damage

*[Ice] Activate 2: 50/75/80/95/110Ability Damage (+30% AP) “Not use in 2 sec, Cooldown in 3 sec” {1.5 Sec cooldown to activate 3} Effect: Enemy Champion will slow down 30% of Speed

*[Final] Activate 3: 55/80/95/100/130 Ability Damage (+60% AP) {7 sec cooldown} No Effect

Mana cost: 25/35/45/55/65 (Every Activate times) (Activate 1+2+3 =75 Mana cost) Range: 1070

[W] Dome of Flame/Frozen Wall Depending on which Element or Spirit Element he is using: Alaria: Sliver rise his Flame Dagger and create a huge Dome protect him and his Allied champions for 3.5 seconds. His Dome can blocks all enemy projectiles.

*Neva: Sliver swing an energy from his Ice Dagger for distend and create a small temporary ice wall and block the Enemy Champions all movement for 3.5 seconds. Allied champions can walk through the Frozen Wall.

Mana cost: 80 Cooldown: 14/13.5/12/11.5/10 Alaria Range: 1400 Neva Range: 800

[E] Impact Flame/ Ice Surfs *Depending on which Element or Spirit Element he is using:

*Alaria: Sliver boosted toward to the Enemy Champions and deal bounce damage and jump backward half of the Range.

*Neva: Sliver created an ice stone and surfs on it for distend. If it hit an Enemy Champion will slowing down for 20% Speed and jump over the hit Enemy Champion. Sliver also left an ice trail behind, if any Enemy Champions walk on it will slow 15% Speed.

Alaria: 50/60/70/80/90 Damage (+30% Damage) Alaria and Neva Range: 900 Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown:7/6.5/6/5.5/5

[R] Sera’s Arrow *Sliver, Alaria, and Neva release their true power, changing the Daggers to a Bow when he put two Daggers near together. Alaria and Neva charge up on the bow and Sliver fire an energy Arrow with two sprit balls. The Arrow can go passes through.

Effect: If Sliver' Arrow passes through the Allied Champions , they will gain 50% of their Armor and Speed for 3 seconds. If Sliver' Arrow passes through the Enemy Champions, they will slow 30% of their Speed for 3 seconds. Deal: 350/500/650 (+100% AP)

These values are so high man, 650 + 100% AP is absolutely ridiculous, on a character with so many different damaging attacks on a short cooldown like that. I like the idea that it swaps back and forth to a bow and daggers, but there are so many different things that his kit can do that it seems extremely overloaded. I feel like a jerk being so negative here, but it seems like you've made his abilities needlessly complicated, with so many different effects that it is hard to tell where one ability ends and the other begins.

I like your frostfire weapon design concept, but his kit is overly complicated.

I think if you simplify his passive, a better way to control the elemental change, or change it some way that it synergies with the rest of this abilities,

don't know what else to give feed back on.

You can check out some of the stuff I did and maybe it will help you around the mechanical side of his design.
