Looks A face hidden under a hood with a glowing light green eye and a pale one oppose of it. A constant smirk on his face with some glowing green fluid leaking from his partly melted mouth. The black robe covering is horribly torn with many scorch marks, under the scorch marks there appeasers to be a very reflective skin. He is holding a metal tooth from a spider in one hand, and in his other, that is wrapped in cloth, a metal wire with a smaller tooth dangling from it. When he would walk there is a very obvious limp to it, that is clear he is try to hide.

Lore The adventurous nature of pushing limits was always some the the teenager Ferro loved to do. He loved to piss off his parents and make them have a heart attack by seeing how high he could climb up the Immortal Bastion and lump off before grabbing a rope. One day that rope snapped, as he never replaced it. Of what everyone assumed would be a fall to his death, they were mostly sure it was obvious after he fell from over 75 feet onto a spike, that is now protruding from a leg ripped in half. After Ferro's parents had come to see what had become of their son, they broke out in tears and stood their in shock, refusing to move. Of they people that had passed by some of which were less than happy solders that had just lost half of their battalion. With built up anger and a person not cooperation, a noxian blade met the necks of Ferro's parents. Days later the 3 corpses were discarded in an abandoned cave. A necromancer was among the people who helped discard the corpses, so he took a mental note of the location. Soon after he returned to the site, to experiment. He managed to resurrect just Ferro, but he screamed in pain, then bleed out again. In search of something that could be used to cover the wound he brought them deeper into the cave, where many more of his experiments lay. Ripping off the leg of a large spider, he fused it to the boys stub using fire magic. This time when he was brought back to life, he stayed alive. Filled with hatred, as he could remember and feel everything that was done to him in the 4 days he ripped out the fangs of the over sized spider corpse and drove them into the necromancer, adding him to the pile of bodies he created over the ages. Having no purpose or home he joined a spider cult that promised happiness. Brought to dark island lured to a giant spider where many were sacrificed, Ferro fled into the wilderness. While in the wilderness, he heard people calling for him with false promises. Treading further inward on the isle he started to stranger and stranger things, that seemed impossible. Eventually it became pitch black, no light at all, except a faint light from the ground. As he had nowhere else to go, he walked to the light that grew as he approached. It kept getting brighter until the ground under Ferro's feet fell. He quickly found the source of the light, lava. Although he never fell into it instead onto a giant web. Feeling a distant vibration quickly coming for him, Ferro grabbed his make shift weapons. We cut some of the web and tied it to one of the fangs. Seeing the monster quickly approach he chucked the fang into it's eye and started yanking himself out of the web onto the beast. Once on the beast, he began stabbing at it relentlessly spewing lots of green blood. Eventually he was knocked off. Once knocked off the spider Sunk its fangs into half of his face. It las last chance effort Ferro lunged both his blades and his arms through the eye into its brain. The beast died on the spot, but ferro with poisoned by the beast. Although the poisoned never killed him, it did drive him insane, demanded for the blood of the living. Being caught in a web is fun, is it not!?

I'll leave some scattered criticisms/comments here.

The passive is the most striking part of the kit, and I'd like to see more interactions in the kit with this ability. Really cool idea.

Does Iron Venom have a mana cost? If not, why does it have to be cast separately? Is there a very short casting range? Is there a delay before it can be cast? Is there some counterplay against having Iron Venom cast? Looks to be an interesting ability if so, otherwise just make it simple and have it apply the poison as soon as it hits.

There's a lot of cool things you can do with Razor Web, excellent ability. Death's Web is a pretty strong ability but is balanced mostly by the fact that it can't go over walls, making for a good weakness.

The ultimate is kind of a lame steroid, but I understand that the main kit has a lot of complexity to it.

Overall, there's some really great ideas, but I think you could stand to highlight his unique abilities and explain how his kit comes together.
