Bartleby the Spell Scribe (Semi-Serious Champion Concept)

Inspired by Herman Melville's character from Bartleby, the Scrivener: A Story of Wall Street, Bartleby the Spell Scribe is an AP support champion with a ranged basic attack (writing quills).

Passive: Insubordinate Copyist Bartleby's passive allows him to pick his Q, W, and E based on the Q, W, and E's from the enemy team. However, his Q, W, and E must be from three different enemy champions.

R: I Would Prefer Not To After the game starts and you select Bartleby's Q, W, and E, his R automatically goes on a 5 minute cooldown. After the five minutes are over, you can choose to activate it and select three new Q, W, and E's. If three new abilities are picked, this ability goes back on a 5 minute cooldown. I Would Prefer Not To is unaffected by the application of crd by any items purchased.

(Note: This is just a kit concept, no lore to mention or concept art available. Again, this is semi-serious, so I don't expect this to be considered as anything more than just a neat idea for a future champion or something.)
