New Mystery Skin

I think it would be a smart business idea for Riot Games to implement a skin that would only be obtainable from buying a mystery skin. It would be a good way to bring in capital because people would be trying to get the skin and a good way to increase the rarity of a skin which would also make people want the skin more.
